Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, appointment times are limited and would kindly wish that if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Consultation fees are refundable for cancelled appointments if cancelled within the prescribed notice period. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 notice, will incur a fee of £100.
